Role Description The Head Marketplace – ProcUrPal will lead the strategy, growth,



and operations of ProcUrPal's procurement marketplace https://tendervendor.procurpal.in ensuring a robust ecosystem of suppliers and buyers. This full time, hybrid role is based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining marketplace vision and roadmap, driving supplier onboarding and category expansion, and overseeing pricing, commercial models, and performance metrics. The role will collaborate closely with product, sales, customer success, and technology teams to enhance marketplace features, improve user experience, and align offerings with customer needs. The Head Marketplace will also lead analytical reviews of marketplace performance, implement optimization initiatives, manage key strategic partnerships, and ensure compliance, governance, and quality standards across the platform.
