Job Summary The Assistant Manager - HR supports the design implementation and management of HR operations within a healthcare environment This role ensures productive workforce management compliance with healthcare regulations and delivery of high-quality HR services contributing to a positive work culture and improved patient care outcomes Key Responsibilities1 Recruitment Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles nurses paramedical staff doctors administrative personnel support staff Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements Conduct screening interviews reference checks and salary negotiation Ensure onboarding processes meet healthcare compliance standards 2 Employee Engagement Welfare Implement employee engagement programs welfare activities and recognition initiatives Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution Conduct satisfaction surveys and develop action plans 3 HR Operations Administration Maintain employee records HRIS updates and attendance systems Oversee payroll inputs leave management and shift roster coordination for clinical staff Ensure smooth execution of HR processes such as confirmations transfers and separations 4 Training Development Identify training needs for medical and non-medical employees Coordinate internal external training sessions BLS ACLS compliance training soft skills service excellence Track training attendance and maintain statutory training documentation 5 Performance Management Support implementation of the performance appraisal system Guide supervisors on goal-setting and evaluation processes Track progress and documentation throughout appraisal cycles 6 Statutory Compliance Healthcare Regulations Ensure compliance with labor laws hospital accreditation standards NABH JCI and medical staffing norms Maintain records required for audits inspections and accreditation reviews Support the preparation of HR-related compliance reports 7 Employee Relation
