Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at a Marriott International property in Jodhpur.



This role is responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding, employee records management, and coordination of training and development activities. The Human Resources Executive will assist in implementing HR policies, handling employee queries, and supporting performance management and engagement initiatives in alignment with Marriott's culture and standards. Daily tasks include collaborating with department leaders on staffing needs, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and HR systems data. The role also contributes to organizing employee events, supporting diversity and inclusion efforts, and fostering a positive, service-oriented work environment.
