Job Description

PS Collaborations is looking for a agile and results-oriented Business Development Executive with experience working in a Business School (B-School). Experience in the Staffing/Recruitment sector is preferred.

The candidate will be responsible for developing corporate relationships, building institutional partnerships, generating business opportunities, and driving placements and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Business Schools, B-Schools, colleges, and corporate organizations.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, calls, LinkedIn, and industry connections.
- Build corporate partnerships for placements, recruitment, staffing, and talent solutions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with corporate clients and institutional partners.
- Manage follow-ups, negotiations, proposals, and business closures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and B-School partners.




- Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular records of leads, client interactions, partnerships, and business opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant Business Development experience.
- Mandatory: Prior experience working with a Business School/B-School.
- Preferred: Experience in Staffing, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR services.
- Strong understanding of corporate partnerships and business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong networking and lead-generation abilities.
- Target-oriented with the ability to independently manage the business development cycle.
