Magnetic Trading (part of Magnetic Group) provides total technical care aviation services, offering repair, overhaul, exchange, and outright options for a variety of aircraft types, with a focus on Airbus and Boeing models.

Our main services include spare parts, components, and material supply; airframe & engine spare parts solutions; repair management programs; logistics and distribution; and a total asset management program.

As part of our global business expansion strategy, we are looking for a Customer & Sales Support Coordinator to join our Trading team in New Delhi, India.

Main responsibilities
- Monitor received requests and active purchase orders, and make sure that orders are completed on time
- Organizing shipments, filing information in internal systems (orders, proformas, etc.), preparing needed paperwork, and other tasks agreed upon with sales staff and direct manager
- Monitoring daily all received tasks (communication with suppliers, logistics companies, finance dep, etc.)
- Issuing invoices to customers




- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Helping sales staff with daily activities, helping solve problems with customers if needed
- Ensure that all tasks are carried out in compliance with established internal policies and guidelines

Main Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or purchasing in the aviation sector, (MRO, airline, repair shop) is must
- Very positive verbal and written knowledge of English
- Ability to work with various IT systems (MS Office, ERP, CRM, etc)
- Goal-driven and proactive attitude, persuasiveness, stress tolerance
- Friendly and engaging personality, so that you can be part of the international Sales team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain helpful and polite at all times
- Experience working with Quantum is considered as advantage
