Your key responsibilities
- Work across global teams to identify opportunities to improve Engineering Productivity.
- Leverage dbClarity, Apptio data to build Cost/Delivery model.
- Use AI, to create Engineering capability & capacity models across CB CIO.
- Drive Vendor footprint optimization and efficiency across CB CIO India.
- Act as single point person for creating skill repository for CB CIO India.
- Work with Engineering leads to understanding the SDLC process and identify opportunities for optimization.
Your skills and experience
- Understanding of Python & AI Skills
- Complete understanding of SDLC process and Engineering KPI's
Robust data modelling and excel skills.
- Ability to drive large scale transformation programs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with teams and drive output acro
