Overview

CACTUS is a remote-first organization and we embrace an accelerate from anywhere culture. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.

We are seeking a Contractor, Customer Service to provide impeccable service to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries received through various channels, ensuring positive customer experience and timely handling of all inquiries.

Responsibilities
- Efficiently address customer requests while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries promptly without compromising service quality.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of inquiries or issues.
- Work in shifts as per business requirements, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications and Prerequisites
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Up to one year of experience in a customer service role within any service industry.

- Ability to multi-task.
- Proficient in prioritizing tasks to meet the required timelines.
