We are currently hiring General Workers to support our operations across various locations in Canada The General Worker will be responsible for assisting with a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office and client services Responsibilities Perform general office duties including filing photocopying and scanning documents Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records in our database Provide administrative support to the immigration consultants and other team members as needed Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients in a professional and courteous manner Prepare and organize documents and materials for client meetings and appointments Assist with basic research tasks and gather information relevant to immigration processes Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office setting Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in an office environment or customer service role is preferred but not required Strong communication skills both verbal and written Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Benefits Competitive hourly wage based on experience Oppor
