Job Title: US Payroll Lead

Location: Hyderabad

Exp Range: 8-12 Years

Date:8th Aug 2026

Timings: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Venue: TCS, Synergy Park, Non SEZ Unit, Gachibowli, Hyderabad - 500032

Only Work from Office (No Hybrid, No Remote, No Work from Home)

Shift Timing: Should be comfortable with night (US) & Rotational Shifts

EPCN number is mandatory for eligibility of the interview

• Step 3: Click New user (Register with us)

• Step 4: Select BPO in areas of interest and complete the registration. (Fill the details)

• Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX.

• Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.

Mandatory Documents to carry:

• Should be versatile with night shifts & rotation shifts

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end payroll operations
- Manage team performance, capacity, and productivity
- Ensure SLA adherence and compliance
- Act as escalation point for critical issues
- Drive automation and transformation initiatives
- Coordinate with clients, auditors, and stakeholders
- Ensure accurate payroll accounting and reporting

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/HR); Payroll certifica
