Summary

An energetic person who will be a key part of Carrier Engineering Embedded Platforms team, to drive the definition, alignment, and management of platform-level software requirements across multiple business units. This role will act as a critical interface between stakeholders, engineering teams, and program management to ensure that requirements are clearly captured, prioritized, traceable, and delivered on time.

Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional business units and product teams to elicit,



analyze, and document platform-level requirements for embedded software systems
- Maintain requirements in industry-standard tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion, Jama, or similar)
- Act as the primary liaison between business unit architects, platform architects, and development teams
- Drive consensus across stakeholders with differing priorities and constraints
- Negotiate scope, priorities, and milestones to align with platform roadmap and project constraints
- Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements through design, implementation and testing
- Manage requirement changes, versioning, and baseline throughout the product lifecycle
- Perform impact analysis for changes and communicate implications to stakeholders
