Role Description This full time, on-site Sales Officer role is based in Bilaspur. The Sales Officer is responsible for generating new business by promoting HDFC Bank's retail products such as savings accounts,



fixed deposits, loans, credit cards, and insurance to individual and small business customers. Daily activities include meeting prospective customers, understanding their financial needs, explaining product features and benefits, and supporting them through the application and documentation process. The role involves achieving assigned sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring high service standards in line with the bank's policies and compliance requirements. The Sales Officer also coordinates with branch staff and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, timely issue resolution, and consistent follow-up on leads.
