We're seeking a Fellowship Director for an executive fellowship serving a handpicked group of senior leaders with 12–20 years of experience, business heads, founders, functional leaders, and executives navigating complex strategic decisions. The fellowship transforms these individuals into a high-trust peer community. As the steward of this experience, you will design and facilitate peer discussions among opinionated senior executives; host and draw the best out of external speakers; build and sustain the community; and run each cohort end to end.

What you'll own

Facilitate the cohort
- Lead confidential peer sessions - drawing people out rather than lecturing, surfacing the real problem behind the presented one, and holding members accountable for follow-through.




- Build the trust and confidentiality that allow senior leaders to discuss issues they cannot raise inside their own organizations.
- Navigate solid personalities, differing viewpoints, and difficult conversations without losing momentum.

Curate and host external voices
- Source, brief, and host senior practitioners - CXOs, founders, operators - as guest speakers.
- Frame each session as a catalyst for peer discussion rather than a one-way talk; moderate the dialogue, Q&A;, and synthesis.
- Build and maintain relationships with a bench of credible, sought-after speakers.

Build the community
- Match and steward relationships between members and senior executives beyond the cohort.
- Meet members individually to understand their ambitions, challenges, and opportunities, then proactively create introductions and experiences that accelerate their goals.
