About the Role Location India Karnataka Bengaluru Company Siemens Gamesa Renewable Power Private Limited Organization Wind Power Business Unit Offshore Full Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day We are looking for a highly experienced and self-motivated Senior Structural Engineer to join our Offshore Service Engineering Blade Module team This role focuses on advanced structural calculations and finite element modelling FEM and analysis FEA of wind turbine blades using ANSYS tools The ideal candidate will have a robust background in blade structural analysis and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision How You ll Make an Impact Perform detailed structural analysis of wind turbine blades using ANSYS Lead and execute FEA tasks independently ensuring high-quality and timely delivery Able to modify finite element blade models to perform strength fatigue and stability analyses for the service blade fleet Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design materials process and testing Document analysis results and present findings to internal stakeholders Contribute to the development and improvement of simulation methodologies Contribute and perform root cause analysis RCA What You Bring Minimum 5 years of experience in structural analysis of wind turbine blades Expert-level proficiency in ANSYS tools for FEM FEA and composite analysis Strong understanding of composite materials and structural mechanics Proven ability to work independently and drive tasks without supervision Excellent communication and documentation skills Degree in Mechanical Engineering Aerospace Engineering or related field master s or PhD preferred Familiarity with MatLab Phyton programming Who is Siemens Gamesa Siemens Gamesa is part of Siemens Energy a global leader in energy technology with a rich legacy of innovation spanning over 150 years Together we are committed to making sustainable reliable and affordable energy a reality
