To be successful as a Risk Reporting Specialist - AVP, you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications
- Hands on experience in Retail Credit Risk Analytics for the consumer portfolio.
- Experience in Risk management of Consumer portfolios with a detailed understanding of metrics that are required to measure and manage risk.
- Proficiency in coding languages eg: SAS, Excel, Python, Cloud data infrastructure.
- Hands on experience on the Unsecured Loans Risk Portfolio Management & Analytics team.
- Hands on experience in working with consumer portfolio datasets and being able to derive and present insights in a coherent manner
- Understanding of data structures of the Consumer portfolios and their relationship.
- Hands on experience on data analysis and Risk insight generation, being able to understand portfolio strategy and interpret these through trends in the data,
- Being able to lead discussions, work with multiple teams and multiple colleagues to drive discussions and reach a coherent outcome.
- Excellent communication skills, being articulate and to be able to present analysis, outcomes to senior audience.
Desirable Skillsets/ Positive To Have
- Experience of working on decision/ Capital models
- Educational background with a degree in Statistics, Economics or Mathematics
- Work on driving the wider colleague agenda within and in the wider risk team
