ERP Data Migration Engineer

Experience Level: Mid to Senior Level (5+ Years)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Data Migration Engineer to support enterprise ERP implementation and transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and executing data extraction, transformation, validation, and migration processes while ensuring data quality, accuracy, and auditability throughout the migration lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience with ERP data migrations and ETL/ELT processes. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is highly preferred. Working closely with the Data Architect, Data Analyst, Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, and implementation partner technical teams, this individual will help deliver reliable, repeatable, and well-documented data migration solutions supporting Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, Human Capital Management, and other enterprise functions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering & Development
- Design, develop,



and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting ERP implementations.
- Build data ingestion, transformation, and validation processes.
- Develop reusable ETL/ELT frameworks for enterprise data processing.
- Optimize data movement and processing for performance and scalability.
- Build repeatable, auditable data movement and validation routines that ensure migration quality and traceability.

Data Migration
- Support end-to-end ERP data migration activities.
- Extract and stage data from legacy ERP, EPM, and other enterprise source systems for profiling, cleansing, and migration readiness.
