Company Details - Circuit Systems India Limited PCB Power With over 25 years of excellence and cutting-edge breakthroughs PCB Power www pcbpower com has come a long way to become one of India s leading PCB designers manufacturers and assemblers today Our focus on high-quality and economically viable systems combined with unmatched consistency has made us the firm of choice throughout India Our customers rely on us for their requirements in research development aerospace defense automotive railways medical educational telecommunication industrial electronics and other critical areas of development Purpose of position - Responsible for managing the complete electronic components store including inventory control material receipt issue ERP updates and ensuring safe handling and uninterrupted material supply to production Location - Gandhinagar Department - Component Sourcing Level Middle Level Timings - General Shift Key Responsibilities Knowledge of ERP and responsible for ERP improvement Receive and inspect incoming goods and materials for quality quantity and discrepancies Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials under suitable conditions Maintain accurate inventory records of electronic components PCBs consumables and packaging materials and generate reports regularly Manage stock rotation using methods like First-In First-Out FIFO to prevent obsolescence or expiry Replenish inventory and initiate purchase requisitions when stock reaches minimum levels Organize and maintain the store layout to ensure easy access and safety Oversee and collaborate with customers regarding the materials received from them as necessary Handle the issuing and send of materials to production or other departments Manage surplus damaged or expired stock including proper disposal or return Maintain cleanliness orderliness and safety compliance in the store area Prepare and process necessary documentation like material received reports and goods movement records Safeguard inventory
