Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand, marketing, and business objectives.
- Own and manage the content calendar across digital platforms, ensuring timely execution.
- Identify content opportunities based on customer insights, business priorities, and industry trends.

• Content Creation & Management:
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality content across websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, app notifications, and other marketing channels.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and external agencies to produce engaging multimedia content.
- Proofread and review all content to maintain editorial quality and brand standards.

• SEO & Performance:
- Develop SEO-driven content strategies to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.




- Track content performance using analytics tools and implement improvements based on insights.
- Support performance marketing initiatives with compelling landing pages, ad copies, and campaign messaging.

• Collaboration & Brand Growth:
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Design, CRM, and Performance Marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns.
- Build content that educates, engages, and converts pet parents across the customer journey.
- Stay updated with the latest content marketing trends, AI tools, and digital best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Content Marketing, Content Strategy, or Content Management.
- Proven experience in developing and managing content across multiple digital platforms.
- Experience working with B2C, D2C, Healthcare, Consumer, or Startup brands is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build content strategies that drive engagement and business growth.
