We're looking for an experienced Associate Manager – Affiliate Growth to join a quick-growing performance marketing team.

Key Requirements:

✅ 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing

✅ Experience leading an Affiliate Sales or Publisher Acquisition team

✅ Hands-on experience managing CPS, CPL, CPA, CPI & CPC campaigns

✅ Strong network of publishers and affiliate partners

✅ Experience with affiliate tracking platforms like Trackier, Everflow, HasOffers or similar

✅ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire, onboard, and manage affiliate publishers
- Drive publisher growth and campaign performance
- Build strong relationships with affiliate partners
- Monitor campaign profitability and optimize performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution
