Role Description
- The Product Management Analyst will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all types of forex transactions including processing of time-critical transactions on behalf of the Banks external clients, related investigations involving enquiries from clients and internal stakeholders on before and after execution. It often involves critical, potentially complex or in some cases regulated tasks including interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- The Product Management Analyst, undertakes the complete and accurate capturing of transactions, ensuring that all related information are processed according to established Service Level Agreement (SLAs). In addition, the analyst should ensure that procedures are properly executed to reduce processing risk and identify potential areas for process improvement whether internally within the Bank or for our clients.
- The analyst will also be the SPOC and will be in touch with relationship managers and their clients and will address processing of transactions within the set parameters and within the set timelines.

FX Booking /Execution
- Publishing daily DB rate sheet (Benchmark rates) to branches and entire PWM unit to facilitate smooth transactional flow.
