Marketing Assistant (Performance & Social) — 100% Remote

Compensation: $1,200–$2,000/month (USD), based on experience, + optional performance bonus

Hours: Must be available during European working hours (CET/CEST)

Experience Required: 4+ years in performance/digital marketing

About the Role

We're hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition and organic social for our client's marketplace platform. You'll run Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, while balancing growth with marketplace health — focusing on quality, activation, and conversion rather than vanity traffic.

What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Create and schedule social media content, using automation tools where possible
- Build acquisition strategies tailored to different audience segments (sign-ups, activation, applications, reactivation)
- Own budgets, pacing, and performance reporting (weekly and monthly)
- Run structured experiments — creative, audience, keywords, landing pages — and scale what wins




- Ensure tracking is reliable (pixels/events) and troubleshoot attribution gaps with product/engineering
- Collaborate in real time with product, sales, and creative teams during EU hours.

Requirements
- Able to work consistently during EU hours
- 4+ years of performance marketing experience with measurable, demonstrable outcomes
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads (Search required; PMax, Display, YouTube a plus)
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Strong hands-on knowledge of TikTok Ads
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager
- Solid analytical and reporting skills
- Strong design skills — Canva and basic video editing
- Familiarity with current AI tools for marketing automation
- Clear, skilled English communication.
