Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Relationship Manager to join our team in Suryapet. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and acquire new clients within the Suryapet region, expanding the company's customer base.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products and services.
- Provide expert advice on a range of financial products, including investments, loans, insurance, and other banking services.
- Develop and implement personalized financial plans for clients, regularly reviewing and adjusting them based on changing circumstances.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving inquiries, issues,



and complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product specialists, credit department) to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and prepare regular reports on sales activities and client portfolio performance.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in relationship management, sales, or customer service within the financial services industry.
- Robust understanding of financial products and services, including investments, loans, and insurance.
