Job Title: Marketing Consultant — Part-Time

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Work Mode: Hybrid

Commitment: 20–25 hours/week

Compensation: ₹10,000–₹15,000/month

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Consultant who has experience building brands from scratch and can help us strengthen our branding, customer acquisition, and marketing systems.

This is not a role for someone who only manages social media or runs ads. We need someone who can think strategically and execute on the ground.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for early-stage brands from the ground up.
- Build customer acquisition funnels across digital and offline channels.
- Plan and execute campaigns across Meta, Google, social media, partnerships, events, and communities.
- Support brand positioning, content strategy, storytelling, and founder-led marketing.
- Identify and build partnerships with influencers, businesses, communities, corporates, gyms, healthcare professionals, and other relevant networks.
- Track marketing performance, leads, conversions,



and campaign ROI.
- Use AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency and reduce repetitive work.
- Work directly with the founder and take ownership of marketing initiatives from strategy to execution.

Must Have
- Previous experience building a brand from scratch.
- Proven ability to generate awareness, leads, and customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and marketing funnels.
- Valuable communication and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and execute without constant supervision.
- Willingness to work on-ground in Bhubaneswar when required.
