The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with banking and financial products, understanding their financial requirements, providing suitable solutions, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and understand their financial and banking requirements.
- Explain and promote suitable financial products and services.
- Generate leads through telecalling, references, digital platforms, and customer enquiries.
- Handle customer queries related to banking and financial services.
- Assist customers with documentation and application processes.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs,
and financial institutions for application processing.
- Follow up with customers regarding applications, approvals, and required documents.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM/Excel.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Ensure proper communication and follow-up throughout the customer journey.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable banking/financial-service guidelines.
