This role involves developing and executing tailored change management strategies to facilitate user adoption, manage resistance, and create a sustainable change environment. Key Responsibilities: User Adoption Strategies: Develop detailed user adoption strategies tailored to each client's unique workflows and requirements. Identify key stakeholders and users affected by the technological shift, and design a comprehensive change management plan. Monitor and track adoption progress, providing consistent updates and adjustments as needed Creating Awareness: Engage and inform employees about the upcoming changes,
clarifying the reasons and impacts in an understandable and relatable manner. Facilitate awareness sessions to ensure all employees understand the benefits and applications of Microsoft 365 Copilot. Custom Training Programs: Design and deliver customized training programs to meet the learning requirements of different user groups. Provide adaptable and practical training to prepare employees for the integration of Generative AI into their daily tasks. Managing Resistance: Identify and address resistance to change, empowering employees to embrace current technologies. Listen to feedback and incorporate it into the change management plan to mitigate resistance effectively. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
