Job Overview: We are looking for a Senior Trademark Lawyer with substantial experience in trademark prosecution, portfolio management, advisory, and related Intellectual Property matters. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling complex trademark matters while also serving as a strong support and value addition to the team.

The role requires a professional who can efficiently manage matters with minimal supervision, mentor junior team members, and contribute strategically to the growth of the practice. The candidate should also demonstrate strong client relationship skills and sound commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage and strategize complex trademark prosecution and enforcement matters, including filings, oppositions, rectifications, cancellation actions, renewals, and portfolio management for domestic and international clients
- Advise clients on brand protection, trademark enforcement, risk assessment,



clearance, licensing, and broader IP protection strategies
- Draft and review high-value and complex legal documents, including cease-and-desist notices, settlement agreements, pleadings, legal opinions, coexistence agreements, and commercial IP-related documentation
- Lead and manage client relationships by providing commercially sound, strategic, and solution-oriented legal advice
- Coordinate with foreign associates, counsels, investigators, and regulatory authorities in relation to cross-border trademark matters and enforcement actions
- Supervise, mentor, and guide junior associates and team members while ensuring quality control and efficient matter management
- Actively represent the Firm at client meetings, industry interactions, conferences, and networking platforms to reinforce the Firm's reputation, expand its qualified visibility, and uphold the standards of a leading Tier 1 IP
