Executive – Technical Support (Training)

Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad

Department: HR / Technical Support

Experience: 3–4 years in Manufacturing Industry

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in any Engineering discipline; MBA (HR) preferred

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month (Based on qualification & experience)

Preference: Female candidates; candidates from Ghaziabad/Sahibabad preferred

Freshers: Candidates with excellent computer skills may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct employee training programs and maintain training calendars, skill matrices and training records.
- Conduct Gemba visits and identify training, safety, quality and process improvement requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports, graphs and presentations using production and utility data.
- Maintain production, utility and statutory records.




- Conduct daily inspections of safety equipment and emergency facilities.
- Maintain HR, Quality, Environment, Safety and statutory compliance documentation.
- Coordinate customer, third-party and social compliance audits, including SMETA.
- Support management in compliance, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills Required
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts & Graphs), Word and PowerPoint.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, documentation and record-keeping abilities.
- Basic knowledge of HR, Safety, Quality, Environment and statutory compliance.
