The Team
As part of the Global Technology Organization, the Enterprise Data & Analytics (ED&A;) team enables data-driven decision-making across all Mattel business units. We design and manage cloud-native data platforms, build scalable data pipelines, and deliver curated datasets that power analytics, business intelligence, and machine learning initiatives.
Our ED&A; Delivery function ensures high-quality and timely execution of strategic data programs across the enterprise. Key responsibilities include
- Integrating data from diverse enterprise systems such as ERP, E-commerce, Order Management, CRM, and operational platforms into a centralized cloud-based data warehouse.
- Building robust ETL/ELT pipelines that automate data ingestion, transformation, and delivery using modern frameworks.
- Delivering curated, business-ready datasets to support self-service analytics and strategic decision-making.
- Enforcing data quality, testing, and governance standards across the data ecosystem.
- Leveraging orchestration tools like Airflow or Cloud Composer for reliable pipeline scheduling and execution.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including data analysts, product owners, and BI developers to align solutions with business objectives.
