We are seeking an experienced and dynamic School Principal to lead the school's academic, administrative, and operational functions. The Principal will ensure high educational standards, staff effectiveness, student success, and a safe, positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic and strategic leadership for the school.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure effective curriculum implementation and student achievement.
- Manage daily school operations, discipline, and compliance requirements.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the community.
- Oversee admissions, budgeting, and resource management.
- Promote a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:




- Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- 5+ years of teaching experience and 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of educational policies, curriculum standards, and school administration.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
