Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Diploma Trainees to join our manufacturing team in Devanahalli, Bangalore. This entry-level role is designed for freshers or early-career professionals who want to build a solid foundation in manufacturing operations, production quality, and engineering processes. You will work closely with experienced technicians and engineers to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production outputs.

Key Responsibilities
- Production Operations: Assist in operating manufacturing machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Process Monitoring: Monitor production lines to ensure smooth operation, identifying and reporting any equipment malfunctions or bottlenecks.
- Quality Job Assurance: Perform basic quality checks and inspections on raw materials and finished products to maintain industry standards.
- Maintenance Assistance:



Support the engineering team with routine preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting of factory machinery.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to factory safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and cleanliness standards (5S practices).
- Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs of production outputs, material usage, and equipment runtime.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, Electronics, or related engineering streams.(Except civil and Computer Science)
- Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. Early professionals with 1-2 years of manufacturing experience will also be considered.
- Skills: Basic understanding of technical drawings, machinery operations, and measuring instruments (e.g., vernier calipers, micrometers).
- Traits: Solid willingness to learn, high attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to workplace safety.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
