We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join our growing team in Greater Noida West. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy, security,
and compliance of our student and instructor records. You will play a key part in safeguarding sensitive information, supporting institutional transparency, and ensuring strict adherence to US regulatory agencies.
What You Will Own
- Record Management: Oversee the maintenance of all student and instructor records, ensuring the highest level of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data entry.
- Audit & Clearance: Meticulously review all student files. Ensure all required documentation has been received, verified, and audited before clearing a student to advance to clinical training.
- Policy & SOP Execution: Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies related to the creation, maintenance, and secure access of educational records.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to record discrepancies or non-compliance swiftly and professionally.
