The Hub strengthens the technology foundation that supports our business worldwide, working in close partnership with teams across regions to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions at scale.

How you will make an impact- Design, develop, enhance, and support data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, Snowflake database objects, Apache Airflow workflows, and Power BI datasets and reports.
- Evaluate business and technical requirements, operational feasibility, solution options, data model design, and proposed solutions for enterprise data and analytics platforms.
- Partner with cross-functional IT and business teams to deliver secure, reliable, scalable, and supportable data products that enable trusted reporting and analytics.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation, including solution designs, data lineage, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and support documentation for complex data engineering solutions.




- Provide technical guidance to team members and recommend improvements to data platform operations, standards, procedures, and support practices.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, technical debt reduction, and better alignment across data engineering and analytics delivery.
- Stay current with technical innovation in cloud data warehousing, workflow orchestration, analytics engineering, business intelligence, and related development practices.

What you will need (required)
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in IT, with demonstrably solid performance in a role working with cross-functional teams within IT and/or the business on enterprise-level or complex/novel system implementations.
- Relevant industry experience, for example medical device, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated environments.
