Key Responsibilities
- Test Case Development: Analyze product requirements and technical specifications to design, write, and maintain detailed, reusable test cases and test scripts.
- Manual & Functional Testing: Execute manual, functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across web and mobile platforms to uncover software defects.
- Defect Documentation: Log, track, and prioritize software bugs in issue-tracking systems with clear steps to reproduce, screenshots, and logs.
- Developer Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers and product managers to clarify requirements, reproduce issues, and verify bug fixes.
- Regression & Release Verification: Perform rigorous regression testing cycles before production deployments to ensure new updates do not break existing features.
- Process Improvement: Participate in sprint planning and retrospective meetings to advocate for quality standards and optimize the quality assurance workflow.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience working as a Quality Analyst, Software Tester,



or a closely related role within a software development environment.
- Testing Methodologies: Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), particularly within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to think from the end-user's perspective.
- Communication: Robust written and verbal communication skills, crucial for documenting clear defect reports and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- API Testing (Plus): Basic familiarity with API testing tools like Postman is a plus.
