We are seeking a highly creative, autonomous Video Content Creator & Producer to build and scale Renteel’s visual identity across Instagram and YouTube.

This is an end-to-end creative role designed for a true digital storyteller. You will not just be editing or working from a script—you will be the director, writer, and primary on-camera personality for our brand.

Your mission will be to translate complex property asset management, maintenance, and real estate investment concepts into sleek, high-engagement visual content. Whether it is a rapid-paced Instagram Reel or an authoritative, long-form educational guide on YouTube, you possess the unique ability to handle the entire production pipeline—from initial concept to final export—completely by yourself.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Video Production: Independently concept, script, film (featuring yourself), and edit high-quality vertical content (Instagram Reels) and horizontal long-form videos (YouTube).
- On-Camera Presenting: Serve as the authentic,



polished face of Renteel, delivering information with the confidence and clarity required to build trust with high-net-worth property owners.
- Content Strategy & Research: Monitor industry trends, algorithm updates, and audience insights to develop content buckets that address property preservation, asset growth, and real estate market dynamics.
- Premium Post-Production: Edit footage with a sharp eye for pacing, incorporating clean transitions, aesthetic typography, color grading, and crisp sound design that aligns with a luxury brand identity.
- Channel Optimization: Manage the post-filming workflow, including drafting compelling descriptions, designing clean, high-CTR thumbnails, and implementing video SEO best practices to maximize organic reach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
