Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive property sales, achieve

targets, and ensure exceptional client service. The Sales Manager will oversee all sales

operations, mentor the sales team, and play a critical role in business growth and market

expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue

targets.

Take ownership of individual sales targets and drive consistent business growth.

Train, mentor, and motivate new sales team members to enhance performance.

Generate new business through self-generated leads, referrals, networking, and

other sales channels.

Build and maintain solid relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key

stakeholders.

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and sales presentations independently to

convert prospects into customers.

Ensure regular client follow-ups and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business

opportunities.

Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly sales

reports.

Analyse sales performance and implement strategies for continuous

improvement.

Conduct regular sales team meetings to review targets, performance, and action

plans.

Represent the company at exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and sales events

Demonstrate flexibility to travel and work in a target-driven, fast-paced sales

environment.

Coordinate with Marketing, Post Sales, and Administrative teams for seamless

operations.

Support property listing,& networking activities.

Ensure alignment between field operations and office-based sales efforts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related

field.
- 6+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client management skill
