About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Intern to assist our legal and documentation team with property-related documentation, agreements, registry processes, and day-to-day legal paperwork.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining property-related documents.
- Assist with property registry/registration documentation and related paperwork.
- Assist in checking property documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain proper records of agreements, registry documents, and other legal files.
- Coordinate with clients, property owners, advocates, and relevant departments when required.
- Perform accurate Hindi and English typing for legal and property-related documents.
- Ensure correct spelling, formatting, names, dates, property details, and other important information in documents.
- Assist with scanning, printing, filing,



photocopying, and digital documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and property-related information.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB or a relevant legal qualification.
- Basic knowledge of property documentation and registration/registry procedures.
- Understanding of agreements, contracts, affidavits, and legal documentation.
- Excellent Hindi and English typing accuracy.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, PDF handling, scanning, printing, and basic computer operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors in documents.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential documents responsibly.

Preferred Skills
- Practical knowledge of property registry and agreement drafting.
- Familiarity with local property documentation and registration processes.
