Job Summary-

Key Responsibilities-
- Identify and approach potential customers through referrals, networking, and lead generation via team.

Assess clients' financial goals, income, and insurance requirements.

Recommend appropriate life, health, motor, travel, and other insurance products.

Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and premium options clearly.

Assist customers with policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims guidance.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

Documentation,KYC update of policies provided by team.

Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Stay updated on new insurance products and market trends.

Required Qualifications-
- Bachelor's degree (preferred - economics)

Master's/ MBA is an add on advantage.

(Prior experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or sales is an advantage.)

Freshers with solid communication and aptitude may also apply.
