Position Title: Head Accountant

Reports To: Director

Location: Nityanand Rehabilitation Center Katraj Pune

Position Summary: The Head Accountant is responsible for overseeing all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and financial control activities of the organization.

The role ensures accurate maintenance of financial records, timely reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts.

2. Supervise daily accounting operations and accounting staff.

3. Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and fund utilization.

4. Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions.

5.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

6. Monitor income, expenses, and profitability of the institution.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
