Mrs India International Queen is looking for an experienced Senior Telesales Executive & Counsellor with a proven track record in sales, lead conversion and customer counselling.

Key Responsibilities
- ⁠ ⁠Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective contestants and leads.
- ⁠ ⁠Contact and follow up with leads generated through Meta, Google, YouTube, website, social media and other channels.
- ⁠ ⁠Understand each prospect’s requirements, concerns and aspirations and provide personalised counselling.
- ⁠ ⁠Clearly explain MIIQ, eligibility, registration process, benefits, event experience, opportunities and participation details.
- ⁠ ⁠Convert qualified leads into registrations.
- ⁠ ⁠Maintain consistent and systematic follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- ⁠ ⁠Handle objections professionally and build trust with prospective contestants.
- ⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status and conversions in the CRM.
- ⁠ ⁠Prioritise high-intent leads and ensure timely follow-up.




- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the Marketing and Management teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- ⁠ ⁠Meet and exceed monthly sales and registration targets.
- ⁠ ⁠Track individual performance including calls, conversations, follow-ups, conversions, conversion rate and revenue.
- ⁠ ⁠Build strong relationships with contestants from the first enquiry through registration and onboarding.

Required Skills & Experience
- ⁠ ⁠3+ years of proven telesales, counselling, inside sales or business development experience.
- ⁠ ⁠Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- ⁠ ⁠Excellent sales, negotiation, persuasion and objection-handling skills.
- ⁠ ⁠Confident, positive and professional personality.
- ⁠ ⁠Strong listening and counselling ability.
- ⁠ ⁠Target-oriented with a solid desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- ⁠ ⁠Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up consistently.
- ⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of CRM systems, WhatsApp Business
