Job Type: Part-time / Full time (4-7 hours per day)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends off)
Enlighten SEN Services is hiring Shadow Teachers to provide one-on-one support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in classroom and home settings. The role involves assisting the child academically, supporting social and behavioral development, and working closely with the child to ensure overall progress.
Requirements:
- Diploma in teaching/ECCEd/SEN or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Fluent English communication
- Strong patience, listening skills, and ability to adapt teaching methods
- Prior teaching experience preferred
- Experience/certification in working with children with disabilities (optional)
