Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic circuits and PCB assemblies.
- Perform testing, validation, and failure analysis of electronic products.
- Read and interpret electronic schematics, circuit diagrams, and technical documents.
- Support production in resolving electronic hardware-related issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain testing records, reports, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
- Experience in PCB testing and troubleshooting.
- Ability to use electronic test equipment such as a multimeter, Oscilloscope, and Power Supply.
- Knowledge of soldering, component identification, and circuit analysis.
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and technical reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or industrial electronics.
- Knowledge of Quality Tools (7 QC Tools, RCA, CAPA).
- Understanding of ESD handling and IPC standards is an added advantage.
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication or Electronics Engineering.
- 5-6 years of relevant industry experience.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
