Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products at assigned Up-to-date Trade outlets.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Ensure proper product display, shelf placement and share of shelf.
- Maintain adequate stock and coordinate with store teams for replenishment.
- Monitor product pricing, promotions and competitor activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of company schemes and promotional activities.
- Maintain good relationships with store staff and floor/category managers.
- Check stock availability, expiry, damages and product movement.
- Prepare daily sales and store visit reports.
- Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure company products are properly displayed and visible to customers.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in FMCG, Modern Trade, Retail Sales or Promoter roles.
- Experience in supermarkets, hypermarkets or organized retail will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, energetic and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and visit multiple stores.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.75 - ₹25,409.98 per month
