We are seeking a Product Warranty Engineer to join our Beneficiation, Dewatering and Hydrometallurgy (BDH BL) team in the Services Business Area In this global role, you will get to influence end-to-end quality and warranty processes in business line level and your role plays a crucial part in increasing the overall customer satisfaction. In this position, you will report to Manager, BDH, based in Vadodara. Also work with Matrix organization where functional reporting to Product Warranty Manager, BDH Operation.

What you’ll do:
Ensure reliable warranty and non-conformity case management according to Global model (Salesforce)
Owns actions related to a warranty claim and is responsible for completing the corrective & preventive actions individually and with the stakeholders
Act as Warranty Case Project Manager when needed or assigned to
Identify repetitive issues and report when noticed
Drive warranty cost reduction and raise awareness within BDH BL
Taking part of data handling & development especially Salesforce, PowerBI and possible other tools
Grow awareness within BDH BL for warranty and quality tools and processes
