About Snoozz

Snoozz is a creative agency and production house that brings brands to life through compelling storytelling, influencer marketing, video production, CGI and digital campaigns. We work with leading brands to create content that drives engagement and delivers measurable impact. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Record sales, purchase, payment, receipt and journal entries.
- Prepare client invoices and track receivables.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile bank statements, client accounts and vendor ledgers.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance in coordination with consultants.
- Maintain expense records, petty cash and reimbursement documentation.
- Support monthly MIS reporting and financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams on project billing, purchase orders and vendor payments.




- Assist auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 1 - 3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing and reconciliations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in a creative agency, media, production house, advertising or digital marketing company.
- Familiarity with project-based billing and vendor management.
