Key Responsibilities

Conduct village-level mobilization drives to identify and counsel potential youth for various

SEDI courses.

Identify and engage potential trainees through community visits and outreach.

Conduct awareness meetings, door-to-door visits, and mobilization campaigns for various

courses.

Build rapport with community leaders, SHGs, youth groups, and local institutions.

Counsel youth and parents about training opportunities and career prospects.

Ensure gender inclusion and participation from marginalized communities.

Facilitate registration and documentation of trainees for enrollment.

Maintain records of enrolled students and follow up on attendance and retention.

Coordinate with training centers and project teams for smooth admissions.

Support in organizing orientation sessions and follow-up meetings.

Promote the training program through local events, posters, and communication channels.

Assist the SEDI team in tracking alumni and post-placement engagement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
