Role Overview

We are hiring experienced ASM / ZSM / RSM professionals to drive school sales and business growth across Coimbatore and surrounding markets. Designation will depend on experience and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development across the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with Principals, School Management, Coordinators, and decision-makers.
- Promote K-12 educational books, AI, Robotics, STEM, and academic solutions.
- Develop new school accounts and grow existing business.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Plan territory-wise sales strategies and monitor sales performance.
- Conduct school meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.




- Track market trends, competitors, sales activities, and prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, order closure, and coordination with internal teams.
- Travel extensively across the assigned territory.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in K-12 Educational Book Sales is mandatory.:
- Experience in Educational Publishing / School Sales preferred.
- Solid network with schools and educational institutions.
- Proven sales and team-management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
