Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential channel partners within assigned territories.
- Present HyreSpot's recruitment and career solutions to prospective partners.
- Manage the complete onboarding process for current partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.
- Generate business opportunities through the partner network.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and partner training sessions.
- Provide partners with the resources and guidance required to promote HyreSpot's services effectively.
- Maintain regular communication through follow-ups and engagement activities.
- Monitor partner performance, including leads, conversions, and revenue generation.
- Support partners in improving business performance and achieving shared objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and sales activities using internal systems.
- Prepare periodic sales and performance reports for management.
- Collaborate with recruitment, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
- Research market trends and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Consistently achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- 1-3 years of experience in Channel Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, Partner Management, Franchise Development, Corporate Sales, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
