Project Manager - PMEC

- What you'll do:
- Project Governance Setup: Define and implement project processes as per the delivery methodology (Waterfall, Agile, kanban etc.). Tailor the processes as per project and client nuances.
- Project Planning and Tracking: Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and effective tracking of progress.
- Implement standard Agile Framework (commonly used is scrum): Lead Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement. Implement and oversee Agile frameworks, including sprint boards, velocity tracking, burndown charts, and retrospectives.
- Tool and Process Management: Manage (and implement where required) project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and MPP, ensuring effective task and issue tracking.
