Job Description

We're looking for a business-first technology leader — not a traditional CTO managing a large in-house engineering team, but someone who can evaluate technology solutions with a sharp technical eye and successfully drive end-to-end delivery through external technology partners.

What You'll Own

Website & Digital Experience Lead the evolution of a premium, high-conversion website — improving customer journeys, UX, and digital funnels.

CRM & Business Systems Own and optimize our Zoho CRM, Zoho People, and Zoho Books ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.

Program Platform & Coach Enablement Act as business owner for our Program Delivery Platform (built by external partners) — driving workflow, automation, usability, and adoption improvements.

AI & Automation Drive AI and automation initiatives across operations and customer workflows, partnering with external AI specialists to continuously evaluate and implement emerging technologies.





Vendor & Project Management Manage our external technology partners and internal project coordination — owning timelines, priorities, and delivery accountability.

Data & Reporting Build dashboards and reporting systems that give the business real operational visibility.

Infrastructure Oversight Oversee hosting, cloud infrastructure, performance, security, and scalability — through our technology partners.

What We're Looking For
- 10–15 years of experience in technology, product, digital transformation, or business systems roles
- A track record of managing vendor-led technology ecosystems, not just in-house engineering teams
- Robust understanding of CRM, digital platforms, automation, and customer journeys
- Prior experience in wellness, healthtech, edtech, consumer internet, digital-first, or service-led businesses is strongly preferred — especially at founder-led, mid-sized organizations
- Excellent execution, stakeholder management, and business alignment skills
