About the Founders

Amit Maggu — Founder & CEO. 13+ years in the PMO, Government of India, leading reforms in Defense, Technology, and Infrastructure — land acquisition, international affairs, IT Rules 2021, and the NCIIPC framework, working with Defense, Finance, ISRO, DRDO, and NITI Aayog. Now applies that rigour to real estate land development, investment strategy, and consultancy.

Ankit Maggu — Founder & CBO. Investment banking background across Kotak and Yes Bank — deal structuring, valuation, capital strategy. Built and scaled a prior venture pan-India, raising $2M+ in institutional funding. Brings an investor's lens to real estate at PropGrow,



underwriting property as an asset class rather than just selling it.

What You Will Do
- Own revenue end-to-end — Support fellow advisors on closures — jump in on client calls or negotiations to help the team get deals over the line.
- Recruit, structure, and scale a high-performing sales org; lead the mid layer and build a culture of disciplined, advisory-first selling.
- Build strong relationships with developer sales teams and get priority access to inventory.
- Institutionalise the funnel — lead to closure to handover — with strong CRM rigour and analytics.
- Uphold PropGrow's transparency-led brand and keep sales practices compliant.

What We Are Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience in high-value sales or advisory work — banking, wealth management, insurance, PE/VC, consulting, luxury, or real estate. Real estate background is not required.
- Robust with numbers — comfortable building and explaining
