MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB (list not more than 10 items)
Responsible for day-to-day activity in CDC Transport Desk:
- Co-ordination with outbound team for day-to-day dispatches (ST + Direct)
- Co-ordination with Sales team for day-to-day Direct distributors dispatches
- Co-ordination with Sales channel team for Channel wise direct dispatches (Hyper, B2B)
- Making daily vehicle plan for CDC cluster
- Co-ordination with transporter for day-to-day vehicle requirement for dispatches as per plan.
- Ensure smooth dispatches against stock transfer, direct sales, and channel wise with co-ordination of outbound team.
- Co-ordination with transporter for vehicle tracking
- Co-ordination with transporter for POD
- Maintain POD tracker with the help of sub-ordinates.
- Maintain transport service level matrix.
Special Projects Execution:
Value Added Services (VAS):
- Coordinate between Senior and Sub-ordinates for vehicle utilization.
Any other assignments and responsibility trusted by Management from time to time
